Social media is an online tool that every company should be using if they are trying to build a diverse workplace. During DiversityInc Best Practices Diversity Recruitment Agenda, MasterCard’s SVP Talent Acquisition, Charlie Hall, shared specific methods of social media and online recruitment had positive results in recruiting diverse talent via social media.
MasterCard currently ranks at No. 6 on DiversityInc Top 50 List. Through multiple social media platforms, MasterCard has included 16 percent more women and 18.5 percent more Blacks, Latinos and Asians in management than the Top 50.
