TD Bank’s senior vice president of retail product and customer acquisition technology Lakshmi Stockham talks about how her intersecting identities as an immigrant, a woman and a person of color shaped her career experience. She said that while being part of various underrepresented groups can feel isolating, these differences can also be competitive advantages.
“There’s value there, to see things differently than others,” Stockham said.
